The production capacity of NdFeB magnetic material is 1,800 tons, and the capacity will reach 3,000 tons after expansion.

“We plan to complete the construction of the plant within this year, purchase equipment in the first half of 2019, and conduct trial production in the second half of the year. We intend to purchase 10 sets of 500 kg sintering furnaces,” said the source, and he said that the plant's NdFeB magnetic material production was 110 tons in January this year, the same as the previous month.
Sheensen NdFeB magnetics material has an annual production capacity of 1,800 tons. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of permanent magnet materials and their application products. The company has set up a series of advanced equipment and instruments such as ICP spectrum analyzer, performance tester, Hast test chamber, vacuum quick-setting furnace, vacuum sintering furnace, airflow mill and automatic magnetic field press with the first-class standards of domestic and foreign industry. Production, testing, and experimentation are maintained at a high level of operation.
